The Role: Build the Stripe for Land Access
Drive Market Leadership We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to establish and lead our commercial strategy, focusing on initial landowner acquisition and partnership development across key European regions. This role is foundational to our expansion, transforming digital infrastructure into tangible market share and driving the adoption of the WildPass platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new geographic markets and product lines (e.g., Land Leasing, Hunting Permits).
- Lead the direct sales efforts for high-value landowner partnerships and strategic enterprise clients (e.g., conservation NGOs, large land funds).
- Develop robust sales playbooks, processes, and KPIs to ensure scalable and predictable revenue growth across Europe.
- Recruit, train, and manage the initial small sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and ethical selling.
- Provide direct feedback to the Product and Engineering teams on market needs, feature prioritization, and competitive dynamics.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role at a high-growth tech or marketplace company.
- Proven success in B2B/B2C sales environments, particularly in initial market penetration and scaling commercial operations internationally.
- Exceptional ability to negotiate complex deals and build trust with diverse stakeholders, including landowners, legal firms, and corporate partners.
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one other major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- A deep understanding of the regulatory or land-use context in Europe is highly beneficial.
